Introduction
This Refund Policy explains the conditions under which Astrum Viva LLC may issue refunds for subscriptions and one-time purchases. It applies to commercial customers, purchasers, and authorized billing contacts.
Subscriptions
Cancellations stop future billing. Refunds for subscription fees are not provided except where required by law or at Astrum Viva’s sole discretion. No pro‑rata refunds are issued for partial billing periods unless agreed in writing.
One-time purchases
Refund requests for one-time purchases may be considered within 30 days of purchase if the product or service has not been substantially used or delivered. Refunds are granted at Astrum Viva’s discretion and may be subject to verification and deductions for delivered work.
How to request a refund
To request a refund, email contact@astrumviva.com with your invoice or subscription details and a description of the issue. We will acknowledge receipt and respond within 10 business days.
Chargebacks
Please contact us before initiating a chargeback. Unauthorized chargebacks may be denied if the account holder did not first attempt to resolve the issue with Astrum Viva.
Legal compliance
Where consumer protection laws or other applicable regulations require refunds, Astrum Viva will comply. This policy is informational and does not constitute legal advice.
